Kailey was an angel and a godsend who helped me pull myself through a really hard postpartum period. She kept me accountable and helped me form small, achievable goals for improving my physical and mental health, celebrated with me when I reached them, and truly listened and empathized when I was going through the crazy postpartum emotional/hormonal roller coaster. I not only survived, but I thrived, and I continue to build on the habits she helped me form. Also, she is just a delight to talk to in general.  I can’t recommend her enough!
